This site is maintained by the "Ribeco Family" of consultants, interim managers, free-lance project & outsourcing specialists and service industry professionals.
Except for some Spanish blog articles, most texts are in English. We embrace the English language as a worldwide standard in business and communications --Lingua Franca-- for its singular clarity of concept.
We consider ourselves "Citoyens du Monde", in good English: beyond Rousseau, as a demographic. Ribeco Group® member & affiliate companies and professionals -the broader "Ribeco Family"- involved our settlements, strategic partners, representatives, clients and providers, spread out across Spain, the Benelux, the UK, France, Italy, Panama, the USA, South Africa, Singapore and other areas of the world. Our people are of different backgrounds, yet we act like a close Family and enjoy a powerful synergy.
- As the Greek philosopher Aristotle (384-322 BC) put it in his Metaphysica, "the whole is more than the sum of its parts..." - to us this is more than just a catch phrase for Management textbooks.
A collection of small companies and cooperative service settings in different countries, there are surprisingly many common threads that unite the Ribeco Family... IT platforms, 2.0 Networking, T&D and service contracts apart, it is likely to be our Philosophies and Ethics that make us what we are: a dynamic, people-oriented business environment with a conscience.

| Sailing the Newport Twelves... in the best company! |
|
| YES, we like Sailing. A fun spin-off from being a small group of "steadies" and freelancers in a small company setting (despite our "corporate" image and geographic spread), as a group we take after eachother, adopt common interests, hobbies and lifestyles. So we may often spend quality time on the water, together.
Our CEO's been sailing since early childhood, culminating in his participation in a couple of legs in the 1989/90 Whitbread Race (later: Volvo Ocean Race) and his deep involvement with the Int. 12-Metre Class since the early 1990s. Founding BYG YachtBrokers ("Beets Yachting Group") was only a logical extension of a lifetime hobby (see here or at 12-metre.org).
At Ribeco, sailing has become the preferred form of R&R. In Newport or on the Riviera, the Côte d'Azur, in far-off places, riding the ocean swell. Of course, we don't often have time. But when we do...'s so much more than just the sea and the beautiful boats. It's team building and quick, response-timed *oompf*. It's relaxation, helping one take the Helicopter View that leads to the brightest ideas and the best performance on the job.
And YES, it also occurred to us to organize corporate charters for our clients! Just ak us about the possibilities...
As "medical professionals", we'd include Sailing into all therapy products. Come and get your recipe!!
